ISACA introduces new building security courses

SCHAUMBURG - During its North American annual conference this week, ISACA announced two new courses to help organizations keep employees and date safe and secure.

ISACA said it has launched two courses, Building Security Excellence and Building Safety Excellence, that will provide professionals with training to improve their organization's capability to facilitate and manage security and safety activities. The courses are designed to improve performance to protect the organization's entire ecosystem, including personnel, resources and information, Schaumburg-based ISACA said.

ISACA is a global professional association and learning organization that utilizes the expertise of its more than 150,000 members who work in information security, governance, assurance, risk and privacy fields.

"Through ISACA's CMMI Product Suite, organizations have access to a range of tools and best practices that can support them in improving key capabilities that enhance business performance," said Ron Lear, ISACA vice president of frameworks and models.
