Letter: Horses need the protection of SAFE Act

I am writing today to ask you to please help pass the SAFE Act to save our domestic and wild equines. They are being slaughtered for meat and die a horrible death. They are starved, abused, given no water, smashed into trailers. I could go on, but we need to act now. Please help push the safe act now.
