Gary Rose, Clear Height Properties' COO and President, speaking at Connect Midwest

OAK BROOK - Clear Height Properties COO and President Gary Rose will be a featured speaker at Our New Normal: Challenges, Changes & Opportunities, a conference hosted by Connect CRE on May 10 at Joe's Live in Rosemont.

"I am excited to be part of Connect Midwest's program and to discuss the challenges and opportunities across all CRE asset classes," Rose said. "At Clear Height, we're very excited about this 'new normal' and are growing rapidly."

Rose will be on the keynote panel View from the Top. He will be joined by Dr. Suzet McKinney, Sterling Bay; Scott Gendell, Terraco Real Estate; and Barbara Schenberg, Parkside Realty Inc. Rose, McKinney, Gendell and Schenberg will discuss the challenges and opportunities that exist in today's post-Covid world.

Clear Height Properties focuses on industrial properties within the Midwest U.S. with an emphasis on investments in the Chicago MSA. The company continues to expand its portfolio through targeted acquisitions of individual industrial properties and asset portfolios. In Q1 2022, Clear Height has closed three individual and portfolio acquisitions totaling approximately $50M and nearly 500,000 SF in the Chicago metro area.
