PM&L Theatre in Antioch is holding a capital campaign special event at 8 p.m. Friday.
The volunteer owned and operated nonprofit organization is seeking to raise $50,000 to replace the marquee and other display elements at the theater, 877 Main St. About 15% of the funds have been raised so far.
The event will feature details about the plan and a Q&A with the project management team regarding how the project will restore a historical look.
Georgia Rae Band will perform live. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar, with proceeds benefiting the campaign, will be available. The event is open to the public. There is no admission charge, but a $20 donation per person is suggested.
