Elmhurst group brokers new lease

ELMHURST - Darwin Realty/CORFAC International Associate Frank Damato IV and Vice President Brendan Sheahan were pleased to represent Hegelmann USA, LLC in its lease of 28,558 square feet of space at 1120 Windham Pky in Romeoville.

"Our client moved quickly on securing a lease for this rare space in a very tight market that fits their rapidly growing logistics needs," said Damato. "To be able to have quick access to I-55 was a necessity for Hegelmann's operations and this was one of the last spaces of this size in the market. We look forward to working with Hegelmann as they continue to grow their US operations."

The Hegelmann Group is an internationally active transport service provider founded in 1998. The family-run company employs over 8,000 people in 18 countries throughout Europe and USA with a modern fleet of more than 5,000 scheduled vehicles and a variety of special equipment. The company began its US operations with 10 drivers just a year ago and by 2026, they expect to have over 500 trucks offering a wide variety of specialized trailer types.
