Letter: Remember the Safe Haven law

April is Save Abandoned Babies Month. Tell everyone you know about the Safe Haven Law. You might save a life!

Unharmed newborns, up to 30 days old, may be handed to staff at a hospital, emergency medical facility, firehouse or police station, no questions asked.

There is no reason to abandon a baby. Bring the child to a safe place!
