Letter: High gas prices, inflation not Putin's fault

Regarding last week's editorial about saving money at the gas pump: Vladimir Putin is a vicious war criminal to be sure, but he is not responsible for either the extremely high price for gasoline or the highest inflation rate in 40 years.

I think that most your readers know this.
