Long Grove bridge work

Repair and maintenance work for the covered bridge in Long Grove is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, weather permitting. Both the bridge and sections of Robert Parker Coffin Road will temporarily be closed to through traffic. The work is intended to address the movement of the bridge and minimize noise as vehicles enter and exit. For more information, call village hall at (847) 634-9440.
