Batavia council OKs plan for Culver's restaurant

The Batavia City Council on Monday unanimously approved plans to build a Culver's restaurant.

It will be built at 470 N. Randall Road in a shopping center that includes a Menard's, a Steak 'n' Shake, a strip mall, an empty restaurant and a gasoline station.
