York High School artists to be featured at Illinois High School Art Exhibition

Several art students will be representing York High School in Elmhurst at the 2022 Illinois High School Art Exhibition, which seeks to bring the best of student artwork on display, and celebrate the power of art.

Caroline Dorion (drawing), Nikita Sidoryk (painting), Mary Braden (photography), Nicole Niemi (design) and Dana Delaney (mixed media) will have their work featured in the Northern Regional Exhibition.

The Senior Scholarship Exhibition will exhibit 300-plus senior artworks and recognize scholarship offers to graduating seniors.

Congratulations to Jake Barnhart, Dorion, Ava Eisa, Abby LaMorte, Sidoryk and Emma Wheatland, who received over $1 million in art scholarship offers.

Dorion, Barnhart, Eisa and Sidoryk also have their pieces featured in the Senior Scholarship Exhibition.

The IHSAE Awards Ceremony will be Sunday, March 13, at the Bridgeport Art Center in Chicago.
