Geneva District 304 to begin superintendent search

Geneva School District 304 school board members hope to start a search for a new superintendent in the coming months.

Last week, school board members continued interviews for a consultant to handle the superintendent search. The board expects to interview a fourth consultant at its next meeting, school board member Larry Cabeen said.

In a January letter, Superintendent Ken Mutchler told board members he would be retiring at the end of his current contract, which expires at the end of the 2022-23 school year.
