HomeGoods to open store in McHenry next week

McHENRY - HomeGoods, a national chain of off-price home decor stores, will open a new location Thursday, March 10, at 3340 Shopper Drive in The Shoppes at Fox River.

HomeGoods expects to fill about 65 full- and part-time positions.

"We are happy to provide McHenry with a new HomeGoods," said John Ricciuti, president of the company. "With a large variety of merchandise from around the world, customers will always find thrilling values in our treasure hunt shopping experience."

With prices generally 20% to 60% below full-price retailers' prices, HomeGoods provides an ever changing selection of merchandise at excellent values.

HomeGoods merchandise departments include furniture, rugs, lighting, decorative accessories, kitchen and dining, bedding, bath, pet accessories, storage, workspace, outdoor, gourmet, wellness and more.

A grand opening celebration will take place from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. March 10 at the new store.
