Geneva District 304 seeks applicants for school board vacancies

Geneva School District 304 is accepting applications for two school board vacancies.

Interested applicants can submit their resumes to board@geneva304.org and fill out the online application no later than 11:59 p.m. March 4. A link to the online application can be found at geneva304.org/boardofeducation.aspx. Candidate interviews will be conducted in the evening during the week of March 21.

The school board typically meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month. The individuals selected to fill the board vacancies will serve from the date of appointment until April 2023, at which time selected individuals would have to seek election to retain their seats.

Applicants for the board vacancies must be at least 18 years of age, a United States citizen, a resident of the school district for at least one year and a registered voter.
