Raising a resilient child focus of Libertyville program Sunday
The United Methodist Church of Libertyville is sponsoring a free presentation at 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 20, on raising a resilient and successful child.
Presenter Jackie Rhew is co-founder of the Center for Emotional Wellness of the Northwest Suburbs and consults with hundreds of school districts to better serve their youth. Rhew served as a clinical consultant for AMITA Health Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital for the past 10 years.
The pandemic, bullying and handling disappointments are some of the issues to be addressed.
