Knowles grows revenues and profits in 2021

ITASCA - Knowles Corp. reported fourth quarter financial results on Thursday, including gross profits of $101 million, up from $92 million in the same quarter last year.

Revenue was $234 million in the quarter, as compared to $243 million in the prior year fourth quarter, the company said.

Knowles makes micro-acoustic microphones and speakers for use in products such as hearing aids, earbuds and other devices.

For the full year, revenues were $868 million, as compared to $764 million in fiscal year 2020. Gross profit was $360 million for fiscal 2021, as compared to $271 million in 2020.
