Mr. CHS returns Feb. 20 to raise money for Shirley Ryan AbilityLab

Mr. CHS, a Burlington Central senior class tradition, is back!

On Sunday, Feb. 20, join the Central High School Athletic Boosters for an afternoon of fun, laughing and support of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab as 11 constants compete for the crown.

The entire production is comprised of individuals from the senior class - from contestants to hostesses; from choreographers to photographers and attendants.

The show highlights the talents of the graduating class.

Mr. CHS will be crowned based on judge evaluations (who stands out the most) in each of the show's categories.

A "fan favorite" will also be named based on who gets the most donations.

The event will be 2 to 4 p.m. at the high school, 44W625 Plato Road in Burlington.

Tickets are $10 and available on Eventbrite.com. Online fees apply; deadline to order tickets is Feb. 19.

Why are ticket sales and donations so important?

All proceeds will be donated to Shirley Ryan AbilityLab, formerly the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.

The AbilityLab has been ranked the No. 1 rehabilitation hospital by U.S. News & World Report. It is the leading rehabilitation destination for adults and children with the most severe, complex conditions - from traumatic brain and spinal cord injury to stroke, amputation and cancer.

Join the Central High School Athletic Boosters in supporting the upcoming graduating class and such a worthy nonprofit.
