Be courteous: Shovel snow from walkways

People with mobility issues or other encumbrances have a tough time getting around on obstructed walkways, so please be considerate of their needs. Now that winter weather has returned to Chicagoland, it's important to remember to clear the snow and ice from the sidewalks, ramps and curb cuts near your home or business. Please help keep area sidewalks and crosswalks accessible to everyone, including those who use wheelchairs, walkers or strollers. Thank you for making everyone's life a bit easier.
