Schwabe Group realty joins Compass Chicagoland

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS - The Schwabe Group, a leading Northwest suburban real estate practice, said it is joining the rapidly growing Compass Chicagoland real estate technology company.

The Arlington Heights real estate office, founded in 2006 by David Schwabe, consists of seven agents and handled more than $40 million in transactions in 2021.

"All of us at The Schwabe Group are excited to provide our clients with the benefits that come with the technology and tools that Compass Chicagoland offers," Schwabe said. "While we have excelled at building personal and lasting relationships with our clients, the new tools that Compass offers greatly enhance our ability to serve buyers and sellers."

New York-based Compass Inc. is home to more than 25,000 agents operating in more than 60 markets in the U.S. Last quarter, Compass agents once again outperformed in a highly competitive real estate market, delivering $69.1 billion in gross transaction value and revenue of $1.74 billion.

"My team and I are deeply committed to Arlington Heights and other communities across Chicagoland," said Schwabe. "We hope to be announcing some new commitments to sponsor local events soon and plan on making the Compass name widely known in this area."

The Schwabe Group consists of Faith Gleeson, Tomoko Asai, Brian Emmerich, Krysti Scheib, Taylor Schulhoff, and Mark Stehling.
