Learn how to do business with Lake County at upcoming virtual event

The Lake County Government Purchasing Division is hosting a virtual meet-nad-greet event at 9 a.m. Friday, Jan. 21, to give local business owners a chance to hear about upcoming projects and procurement opportunities.

Attendees will learn how their business can work with the county, and various initiatives and programs, such as the Lake County Economic Opportunity Program and job order contracting.

The county's Buy Local, Build Local, Work Local program aims to connect Lake County businesses - including minority and women-owned businesses - with government procurement opportunities.
