Controlling the votes

The Republican Party is fond of labeling certain viewpoints as Communist, especially those of Progressive Democrats. This comes from a Party that is intent on securing election results that ignore the popular will. Apparently they are following Joseph Stalin who also ignored the popular will by ensuring that he controlled the counting of the votes.
