Five thoughts on the Bears' next moves

I'm sitting watching the Bears on Sunday, Jan. 2. Here are five items to think about:

1. Fire operations manager Ted Phillips.

2. Fire GM Ryan Pace.

3. Don't resign, Andy Dalton

4. Trade Justin Fields. He is not an NFL quarterback.

5. Ms. Virginia Halas McCaskey and McCaskey family ... Sell the Bears to an owner who knows how to run a team.

The Bears are an embarrassment to Chicago, don't make Arlington Heights embarrassed, also, if you move out here.
