You can get free career and job counseling Jan. 10 at the Des Plaines Public Library, 1501 Ellinwood St.

Meet with a career expert for resume help, cover letter writing, interviewing skills, job searching or LinkedIn profile review.

In-person appointments are offered the second Monday of every month from 1 to 4 p.m. Zoom appointments are available the fourth Tuesday of every month from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Appointments are for 30 minutes or an hour.
