CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed on Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Mar. lost 14.75 cents at $7.72 a bushel; Mar. corn was off 5 cents at $5.9750 a bushel; Mar. oats was down 9 cents at $6.8575 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans declined 9.50 cents at $13.35 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec. live cattle fell .47 cents at $1.3875 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle was up .50 cent at $1.6635 a pound; Feb. lean hogs dropped 1.75 cents at $.8185 a pound.
