Goodman Theatre cancels rest of 'A Christmas Carol' run

Chicago's Goodman Theatre announced the cancellation of all remaining performances of "A Christmas Carol" after COVID-19 exposures within the company.

The theater canceled performances of their 44th annual production through December 31, according to Executive Director Roche Schulfer.

Those with tickets to the canceled shows will receive access to a video of the 2021 production and a full refund by January 7.

Ticket holders who want other options should email BoxOffice@GoodmanTheatre.org and include their name and Customer ID before January 7.

Exposures and the recent increased transmission rate led the company to cancel for the safety of audiences, artists and staff.
