Here's why we need BBB

Why "Build Back Better?" Because the wall fell down.

Because "Infrastructure Week" was a GOP slogan not worth the paper it was written on.

Because the only thing that's been "shovel ready" has been Republican malarkey about their commitment to middle class families and their need for better roads, bridges, and safer water.

In Illinois, there are 2,374 bridges and more than 6,218 miles of highway in poor condition. They've been that way for years and have just gotten worse over the last four years. And while paying for this is always going to be problematic, drivers spend on average $400 per year on car repairs, some of which can be attributed to the punishment their vehicles take on roads pock marked with potholes.

Why "Build Back Better?" Because it's due. Way overdue.
