Wheat for Dec. rose 3.50 cents at $7.8550 a bushel; Dec. corn was off 4.25 cents at $5.8425 a bushel, Dec. oats fell 6.75 cents at $7.1125 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans dropped 23.75 cents at $12.44 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Dec. live cattle was up .10 cent at $1.3695 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle gained .65 cent at $1.6552 a pound; while Dec. lean hogs fell .78 cent at $.7227 a pound.
