Semitrailer truck drags passenger vehicle wedged beneath chassis on northbound I-294

The Illinois State Police reported an accident involving a passenger vehicle and a semitrailer truck Tuesday on northbound I-294 during which the truck dragged the car, which was wedged under the truck's chassis.
No one was injured in the accident, which authorities say occurred at 11:41 a.m. The truck and car were captured on video taken by a passenger in another vehicle and posted on WGN's website.
State police responded to the report of the crash which occurred south of the I-290/I-294 Interchange, in the Hillside/Westchester area. Two lanes of northbound Interstate 294 in Cook County near milepost 30.25 were closed until 11:57 a.m., a state police spokesman said.
