We are honored to be recognized by U.S. Labor Secretary Walsh for the commitment to our hiring and retention efforts," said Hanover Park Mayor Rod Craig, who accepted the award for the village.
More than 1,400 employers have earned a HIRE Vets Medallion Award since 2018.
