Carol Stream Woman's Club to host Christmas get-together Dec. 7

On Tuesday, Dec. 7, the Carol Stream Woman's Club invites you to a Christmas get-together at 6:30 p.m. at Chrissy's Bar & Grill, on Gary Avenue in Carol Stream.

They are inviting all women who are interested in volunteering for the people of Carol Stream and the surrounding areas.

Everyone will pay for their own dinner, but reservations are a must. Email to carolstreamwomansclub@gmail.com and they will get your info.

There will be an optional $5 Christmas grab bag, if you'd like to participate.

All regular meetings are on the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.

The club has been meeting over Zoom but hope to find an in-person meeting place when COVID-19 conditions allows.

The first meeting of 2022 will be Jan. 18. Consider joining the oldest volunteer club in Carol Stream. It has been around since 1959.
