Vibe Nites to host Halloween Costume Contest Oct. 7

Carpentersville (September 17, 2021) -- Cannabis enthusiasts invite the community to their monthly social mixers. "Vibe Nites" are on the first Thursday of each month. The October 7th event, on the outdoor patio space of Spotted Fox in Spring Hill Mall, includes a Halloween Costume Contest. The purpose of the events is to publicly show that cannabis consumers are as diverse as any other community. Each gathering includes talented entrepreneurs offering their original products and services.

Kalee Hooghkirk brings delicious confections to her Secret Stash canopy while Steve Gough shares the science of his next-level tabletop vaporization device. You'll be able to get one-of-a-kind tie-dye T-shirts and connect with inspiring advocates who've seen the real capability of cannabis as a mental and physical health-maintenance strategy. By providing a community presence, those who are still suspicious of cannabis can experience first-hand the incredible community that forged our robust and growing cannabis industry.

The hardest working cannabis community member is Bear Syavong, founder of Alternative Vibes and Vibe Nites. In addition to his education and outreach efforts, he has a hemp farm nearing harvest now. Although the industry is extremely dynamic and volatile during these early days, he and his colleagues continue to build a positive rapport with the public.

Vibe Nites in September hosted popular comedians and a high-profile former US Ambassador to Mexico, Adrian Marcel-Cazares, who shared how cannabis helped his mother during her fight with cancer.

Vibe Nites invites the suspicious, curious, and enthusiasts to participate at the Oct. 7 Halloween Costume Contest at 7 p.m. Prizes of all sizes will be raffled at this not-to-miss event! Let them know you'll be there. It's free! Register at vibenites.eventbrite.com.
