Axe throwing lounge opens Friday in Libertyville
Lumberjaxe Axe Lounge in Libertyville is hosting a grand opening at 4 p.m. Friday in Grand Plaza, 216 Peterson Road.
A celebration of the new entertainment venue, including food and beverages, will follow the ribbon-cutting. Billed as the premier axe throwing lounge in northern Illinois, Lumberjaxe features 16 lanes and two big screen TVs.
Patrons have to be 12 years old to throw and those under 18 require adult supervision. Staff will be on hand to teach proper axe-throwing techniques.
