Donate to Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation annual coat drive

Help those in need in the community with donations of new or clean, gently-used winter items: coats, snow pants, snow suits, hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, and boots in good condition.

Items are needed in sizes from infant to adult.

The Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation annual coat drive runs from Sept. 26 through Oct. 10.

Drop-off bins are located at Batavia elementary schools, Rotolo Middle School, Batavia High School, Batavia Public Library, Accurate Door, Hanson Family Chiropractic, Immanuel Lutheran School, and Batavia Chamber of Commerce. Visit www.bataviamothersclub.org/philanthropy/ for a list of locations.

All items are donated to local charities and shelters. For questions, email philanthropic@bataviamothersclub.org.

The Batavia Mothers' Club Foundation is a nonprofit organization, founded in 1934, dedicated to improving the quality of life for children in the Fox Valley area. Each year, the club donates $20,000-$50,000 to local charities, including the CHIP IN Batavia and CASA Kane County, whose activities support this mission. It is open to all mothers in the area who are interested in local philanthropic, service, and community activities.
