Details:

Parkinson & Movement Disorder Alliance (PMD Alliance) will host a Learn. Live. Connect.® event in the Chicago area. Attendees will get the chance to learn from and ask questions of leading experts in the movement disorder world. They're invited to spark connections, get curious about the road ahead, and receive practical advice for managing their movement disorder journeys.

Susanna Miranda, DNP, APRN, AGNP-C, is a featured speaker. She will explore rehabilitation and interdisciplinary care in Parkinson's Disease. Susanna is a Nurse Practitioner who firmly believes that nurses connect with the hearts of the patients they help and who believes in providing safe, evidenced-based, personalized care.

Participants will get moving with Shari Marchbanks, PT, DPT, NCS, who has years of experience working directly with patients with Parkinson's Disease in rehabilitation settings.

The gathering will follow all COVID precautions in line with current CDC guidelines.
