Deer Park Town Center Hosts Ninth Annual Jazz & Wine Festival

Deer Park Town Center, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, announced the ninth annual Deer Park Jazz & Wine Festival, presented by The Reserve at Deer Park, is returning to the shopping center on Saturday, September, 25 from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Deer Park Town Center marketing manager, Angelika Fejklowicz, made the announcement.

"We are thrilled to have our Jazz & Wine Festival return this year!," said Fejklowicz. "This year's event will feature an incredible lineup of four different Jazz artists for all ages to enjoy in our beautiful outdoor space."

The music kicks off at 2 p.m. with lePercolateur, Chicago's coolest gypsy-Jazz folk group, followed by performances by the Michele Thomas Quartet and the Chicago Jamaican Jazz Ensemble. The event is headlined by the unique, hard grooving, intense sounds of the Frank Russell Band. Led by bassist Frank Russell, the group is made up of some of the top players in Chicago performing R&B, Jazz and Funk with improvisational elements and intensity that will keep the audience grooving.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own chairs because seating is limited. A curated selection of fine wines and craft beers will be available for purchase, cash only. Outside alcoholic beverages, coolers and food are not permitted in the shopping center. Attendees are encouraged to order takeout from restaurants at Deer Park Town Center and enjoy at the event.

There is no cost to attend the Jazz & Wine Festival and the event is open to all ages. Guests are encouraged to follow current state mask mandates and CDC guidelines. For more information, please visit https://shopdeerparktowncenter.com/.
