Waubonsee to hold walk-in vaccine clinic

Waubonsee Community College will host a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic from 3-6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, in the Student Center Café on the Sugar Grove campus, 4S 783 Route 47.

The clinic will offer participants the option to choose between receiving the first of two Pfizer shots or a single shot of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. At this time, booster shots are not available. No identification or insurance is required to attend.

All Waubonsee students registered for fall classes who received their final vaccination on or after July 1, 2021, will be eligible to receive a $100 credit at the Waubonsee Bookstore on the Sugar Grove or Aurora Downtown campuses. Proof of registration, an official COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card, and a photo ID will be required. Limit one per person.
