Kanye West re-creating his childhood Chicago home inside Soldier Field for Thursday show

Kanye West isn't bringing just his "Donda" listening event to Soldier Field in Chicago this Thursday. Photographs inside the stadium reveal the hip-hop star is also re-creating the family home he grew up in on Chicago's South Side as part of the show.

Social media posts have been popping up in recent days showing the construction of a building in the middle of the field that resembles the blue South Shore house West was raised in by his late mother, Donda West.

Last month, as West did his first listening events for "Donda" in Atlanta, he reached out to Chicago State University's Garrard McClendon about a philanthropic endeavor he's organizing in his mother's honor.
