Vernon Hills Little Bear Ribfest returns Aug. 20-21

The 10th annual Little Bear Ribfest will be held Aug. 20-21, in Century Park, 1001 Lakeview Parkway, Vernon Hills.

Hours are 6-11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20 and 4-11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 21.

The event showcases award-winning blues artists and several restaurants will be selling ribs and side dishes at nominal cost. Roasted corn, ice cream and other desserts, as well as beer, wine, bourbon and soft drinks will be available.
