Wheat for Sept. rose 17.75 cents at $6.72 a bushel; Sept. corn was off 4 cents at 5.6425 a bushel, Sept. oats was up 5 cents at $4.3950 a bushel; while Aug. soybeans fell 5.50 cents at $14.4750 a bushel.
Beef mixed and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Aug. live cattle was off .13 cent at $1.2112 a pound; Aug. feeder cattle was up .42 cent at $1.5737 a pound; while Jul. lean hogs fell .22 cent at $1.1215 a pound.
