Dignified patriotism

It's good thing to see President Biden is following the "less is more" concept at news conferences and other public occasions by posting one American flag and his presidential flag.

More than that is an unnecessary reminder of dictators like Adolph Hitler. A wall of flags does not make him more loyal, a greater president, a greater American or more dignified. It is inappropriate to wrap oneself in the American flag or to hijack the word "patriot" as being loyal to a person rather than their country.

It is also time to abandon the cult following of a losing president, who cannot grow up and graciously admit and concede that he was simply voted out of office.
