Interpro Translation Solutions is awarded certifications

LISLE - Interpro Translation Solutions said its business operations have been independently audited by ATC Certification, and its translation, localization and interpretation processes earned two certifications.

The language services company is certified to conform to the requirements the International Organization for Standardization. Certification to an ISO standard by an independent body offers confidence that the company has developed, maintains and continuously improves its core business processes in line with international requirements.

"In preparing for our certification audits, we have been constantly documenting and updating processes, developing new processes, and reviewing every aspect of our Integrated Management System," said Ralph M. Strozza, Interpro's founder and chief executive officer. "Probably the most critical aspect of working toward certification was our team's enthusiastic support to adhere to the standards, and to constantly strive to improve the ways in which we do our jobs."

While one certification involved a quality management standard for organizations of any size, the second means the company met requirements for the core processes, resources and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service.

Since 1995, Interpro Translation Solutions has provided world-class language services that enable organizations to deliver multilingual content to their global audiences.
