ROI wins innovation award for new PPE line

ELGIN - Rieke Office Interiors said it has won a TITAN Business Award in the category of Most Innovative Company of the Year for its new PPE line for workplaces.

Rieke, an Elgin-based company offering customized office furniture, recently developed a line of clear acrylic shields and partitions that can be adapted to existing work environments. This Personal Protective Equipment line has helped many businesses, including restaurants, salons, spas and gyms, protect employees and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company said.

"Our mission with this PPE Line was to put our creative minds together to create an innovation to help our business, but most importantly to give other businesses around this country tools to keep their doors open during the pandemic," said Melissa Kehl, president and owner of ROI.

The International Awards Associate was established in 2015 and is the organizer of the TITAN Property Awards and other programs. Submissions for this year's TITAN Awards came in from 28 countries.
