News media isn't challenging Biden
If you question the opinion held by half this country that we have a politically complicit media, I presume you are aware and up-to-date on the following:
The new definition of infrastructure. Apparently government needs to spend twice as much than is necessary to upgrade the infrastructure. A grilled cheese sandwich is now "infrastructure." The intent is to hide $1 trillion in additional ideological spending.
The immigration border disaster. If a crisis doesn't exist, create one so you can say you're solving it! It's still upsetting that political elites value immigrants and issues from which they are escaping over citizens of this country who are hungry and homeless.
Modern Monetary Theory and its ultimate failure in government expenditure. It's all about justifying spending like a drunken sailor. A joke on us.
Tax business more. Sounds like a good idea. Does anyone realize if you tax business more who really pays for it? All do. It passes through, like water through a goose, in inflated pricing.
Tax the one-percenters more. They pay 45% of the federal tax now, while half of this country pays none! Don't be a lemming. Huge new dramatic tax revenues won't be realized.
End step-up valuation. Does anyone realize the impact to medium/small business and multigenerational family entities like farming?
Voting law changes. Compare Delaware's (Biden home state) voting laws to changes in Georgia, Texas and Florida laws. The Administration's hypocrisy knows no bounds.
President Biden does have a more comforting and home spun presentation, but eloquent words have little relation to good policy.
