Districts 203, 204 teaming up to offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics

Naperville Unit District 203 and Indian Prairie Unit District 204 are teaming up to offer COVID-19 vaccine clinics for residents and students ages 16 and older.

Jewel-Osco pharmacists will be administering the Pfizer shot from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 22 at Neuqua Valley High School, 2360 95th St., Naperville, according to information from district leaders. Participants must be available to receive the second dose of the vaccine June 12.

Students under the age of 18 must have a consent form completed by a parent or guardian before arriving on site. A form of identification is required.
