Police strategy changing

It seems with all the negative conversation about police vs. citizens, a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a compromise between police and citizens is on the front burner. Such action is due in part to civil disturbance in specific areas that need to embrace the city of Chicago and citizens alike.

Incoming police cadets are being groomed to respond in a positive way, not the old push, shove and handcuff the person. If such implementation shows promise, then hopefully calm will overshadow the old rough way.

The narrative is less aggressive and more conversation. Encourage a combination of talk, not push and shove. With any luck, old-time cops' ways will cease to exist and an uptick of relations with all parties will overcome civil unrest, demonstration and lawsuits. All parties involved will need to focus on respect for your fellow person and have a positive tone.
