St. Hugh of Lincoln to host a Spring Plant & Craft Sale May 8

On Saturday, May 8, St. Hugh of Lincoln Episcopal Church in Elgin is hosting a Spring Plant & Craft Sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church on the southeast corner of Highland Avenue and Randall Road.

Shoppers will select from a variety of annual and perennial flowers, vegetables, and herbs ready for placing in gardens and containers.

Assorted pre-potted arrangements in decorative containers also will be available.

Craft tables will showcase practical and colorful handmade items for Mother's Day that make ideal gifts for both mothers and mothers-to-be.

Weather permitting, the sale will be held outdoors under the St. Hugh tent or otherwise inside the church building.

Masks are required and hand sanitizers will be available.

Cash and credit cards accepted with proceeds from the sale supporting several local and national outreach ministries.
