Wheat for May fell 8.50 cents at 7.2525 a bushel; May corn lost 9.25 cents at 6.8625 a bushel, May oats was off 4.75 cents at $3.9875 a bushel; while May soybeans rose 85 cents at $15.5775 cents a bushel.
Beef was mixed and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Apr. live cattle was up .58 cent at $1.1895 a pound; Apr. feeder cattle was off .33 cent at $1.3387 a pound; while May lean hogs rose 1.47 cent at $1.1127 a pound.
