Cynthia Mittlestaedt Earns Certified Financial Planner Practitioner Certification
GRAYSLAKE, IL APRIL 26, 2021- We are proud to announce that Cindy Mittlestaedt, a Financial Planning Associate and Advisor with Aspire Planning Group, has earned the Certified Financial Planner designation from the CFP® Board of Standards.
"This accomplishment is significant for me as it is truly a culmination of my years of education and experience in insurance, tax, real estate, accounting, and investments, as well as just being the planner that I am naturally," said Cindy. "I have seen first-hand where a lack of financial planning devastated a family's future, and I want to make a difference by helping people not repeat that scenario. I believe the financial planning process is a very personalized, long-term process that requires understanding of an increasingly complex landscape."
The CFP® designation identifies those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination covering the following areas: financial planning fundamentals, risk management and insurance planning, education planning, investment management, income tax planning, retirement savings and income and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP® Board's Code of Ethics, Standards of Conduct, and Financial Planning Practice Standards.

Cindy has been a professional in the financial services industry since 1989 and works with clients on their long-term financial goals. She joined Aspire Planning Group in 2018. Cindy earned a bachelor's degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
