To sell, or not to sell

Lake County is now reconsidering its stand against marijuana stores in unincorporated areas. Why not? After all, any municipality that allows liquor sales and bans marijuana dispensaries isn't just being hypocritical, it apparently believes the movie Reefer Madness is a documentary.
