Input sought on Deep Lake Road

Public input is being sought on potential improvements to Deep Lake Road from Route 173 to the Wisconsin state line in Antioch and unincorporated Lake County. Planning has just begun. The project will consider ways to improve traffic flow and safety, such as making intersection improvements at Depot Street and North Avenue and consider nonmotorized travel accommodations along Deep Lake Road. Ideas and questions can be submitted by May 3 to lakecountyil.gov/DLR. All input goes directly to the project team.
