Former AT&T exec joins Northridge Group

ROSEMONT - The Northridge Group has elected Daniel Fete, former chief financial officer of AT&T Communications, to its board of directors.

"Dan brings deep knowledge of communications and technology, proven leadership and broad financial acumen," said Northridge CEO Therese K. Fauerbach. "His contributions will be invaluable to our firm and further complement the diverse expertise and experience of our talented board of directors."

Northridge Group is a Rosemont-based management consulting firm.

In this role at AT&T Communications, a division of AT&T, Fete had responsibility for all CFO functions, such as corporate development, corporate strategy, financial services, real estate and other services. During his 26-year career at AT&T, Fete held several financial leadership positions for the company's largest divisions with responsibility for acquisitions and management of a multibillion dollar capital investment program associated with the company's infrastructure and technology.
